Personal Training


I believe that life is about living with adventure. Running, biking, hiking, yoga, backpacking, paddle boarding are some of my favorite recreation activities.  My approach to training is to enhance strength, stamina, and over all movement quality so that individuals can enjoy their favorite recreation activities.

 I customize every workout to enhance my clients’ mind body awareness and ensuring that the right regiment is applied to fully support result oriented training. My experience as a fitness coach has taught me that no one's body is the same on any two days so making the individual work at their full capacity for that day allows for a safe and effective workout.

    All personal training clients can add online programming in conjunction with their one-on-one coaching for an additional $100 per month.
